A curated dataset of treatment–control signature profiles for bioactive compounds and herbal perturbagens.
PSDAP(Pharmacological Signature Dataset and Annotation Platform) is a curated dataset of perturbagen-induced signature profiles integrating public pharmacological and herbal medicine transcriptome resources.
A signature profile summarizes genes significantly upregulated or downregulated after perturbagen treatment relative to the matched control condition.
PSDAP provides curated metadata, gene-level differential expression statistics, pathway enrichment, disease term enrichment, and similar perturbagen condition results.
